Hermes Indonesia applies this year's annual theme of time literally in its latest window display. There are hour glass with colored sands inside them. The hour glasses have two shapes that are the famous shape and the square boxes. Sadly, they look so ordinary and nothing special especially for the ready-to-wear collection window.

Hermes: In the woods
Another photos of Hermes window displays from Taiwan my special friend give me were taken at Taiwan International Airport. Here, Hermes takes us to camp in the deep of the woods. What outfits do we must wear? Of course Hermes is the answer. You can look at the female mannequins wear the colorful silk scarves as a dress. Her companion hangs a fabulous scarf on to the trees as if the rain had fallen and made it dry. This lively depiction of camping in the woods a la Hermes is a perfect suggestion for traveling, but of course you must pick the right woods or perhaps just small green garden.

Hermes: The horse
Once upon a time before the existence of Hermes Birkin, Kelly, or Lindy bags and the beautiful-colorful Hermes silk scarves, the world of equestrian, a.k.a horse, is the core business of Hermes. Every royal horse or professional athlete has the saddle or other tools made by this legendari Parisian house. This basic inspiration of Hermes is now celebrated at Hermes Sogo Fuxing boutique at Taipei, Taiwan. There are female and male horses, each for women and men collection windows. The horses look so lively and elegance just what Hermes means and synonymous to. A stack of hays lay on the ground that make the window looks more vivid and warm.

Hermes: Carousel
A very beautiful and colorful sights dominate the window display of Hermes at Galleria Grand Hyatt, Jakarta. Now, the concept of the window display is about a carrousel or merry-go-round. On the women window, two cute horses 'jumping' in and out while carrying some accessories and a hand bag. Sadly, men window does not have any thing, perhaps the carousel is too feminine for a masculine look of the window, except the fabulous bag that I want so much. The four little windows are decorated with twisted pillars of the carrousel. Each window has different background color and Hermes bracelets, cuffs, and bangles are laying there beautifully.

F/W 2012 Fabulous stuffs so far
Hermes - Galleria Grand Hyatt
Christian Louboutin - Plaza Indonesia
Valentino - Plaza Indonesia
Here are the Fall/Winter 2012 fabulous stuffs that are displayed on some boutiques' window this week. Look at the Hermes shift dress with such a clean cut but very vibrant in the print - a timeless piece. Christian Louboutin always creates interesting accessories like the peep-toe shoes that has electronic-like motif in its surface. Envelope-thin bag or clutches are so in this season and Valentino presents the elegance version of this trendy shape. Fabulous.

Hermes: Under the tree
The mannequins at Hermes Scotts Square, Singapore, are relaxing under the tree. The woman mannequin sits under a tree that has thick leaves on it. While the men one, stand under a tree that already looses all its leaves. Those arrangements may indicates the change of season. Summer when all the leaves are growing and the fall when the leaves are leaving its twigs.
Hermes: Dried twigs
Hermes at Ngee Ann City uses dried twigs as the main theme for its window display. They are used to become the background of the mannequin, to display a hand bag, and even to display belt or other small jewelries. The result is a very natural looking window display yet also very beautiful as always.

Hermes: International times
Hermes at Vancouver International Airport, Canada, celebrates the different of time in one country and another in its window display. There are three wall clock that shows the different times in each of the two windows. The women section window shows the times of Vancouver - Madrid - Sydney with arms carrying scarves, ties, bag, and hat. While the men section features Paris - London - Tokyo times. On the ground there are trunks with contents spoiled outside that can be translated into traveling from country to country.
Hermes: Safe house
Last month, one of my best friends went to Canada and I asked her to become a contributor for this blog. She is so kind and photographed my favorite brand's window display that is Hermes. This one is from Taiwan International Airport, her second transit point before reach the land of Canada. Like other Hermes window display, this one is featuring a simple but so elegance concept. There are some small houses with some precious Hermes stuffs saved inside. The choice of the color and the arrangement are so calm. It might become a perfect eye relaxation after long hours inside the plane.

Hermes: The Watch and the compass
The core value of Hermes is about travel and journey. These two characters are projected excellently through Hermes window display at Galleria Grand Hyatt, Jakarta. There are the compass and the watch, two essential things when you want to have a real journey or adventure to a new place. The compass exists in the men section with the image of the diamond-cut wind directions, while the watch decorates the women window beautifully. This simple but elegance display is what I love best from every Hermes window display in the universe.
