Mondial: Colorful window

Last Monday, I had posted about Mondial window display that features a simple garden were house concept. I thought that the second boutique at Plaza Senayan would have the same concept but the fact is vice versa. There are still the same colorful-glass-wooden-framed boxes but now they form a big beautiful window that looks radiant and beautiful, thanks to the lighting that comes from inside the boutique. The ivy leaves grow crawling and framing this beautiful glasses. The jewelry showcases also have the colorful background that very dominant toward the items displayed. Wonderful !

Mondial: A garden werehouse

The mix of high and low in the fashion styling is still a big issue and trend. However, this kind of mixture is rarely seen in the window display design. One of the excellent example of it is the Fall 2012 window display arrangement of Mondial. This jewelry brand's windows are now being decorated with old colorful-glass wooden-framed-boxes, a wooden bench, steel basket, and a tool to gather the falling leaves of fall. There is no glamour or luxe feeling upon those properties compare to the beautiful Mondial collection of diamond earrings and other jewelries. Plus, there are only some little placement to display the jewelry collection that look so small compare to the size of other properties. Amazing!

Mondial: Bon Voyage

Mondial takes the theme of historical sea traveling in its latest window display. There is one window covered with a gigantic South America map that has a hole in the middle to show the jewelry collection. Sea sands with some sea creature shells are surrounding a neck mannequin where the necklace is placed. On the other window, big old trunks with stickers to show the owner's previous destinations stand with old traveling tools like oil lamp and a globe.

Mondial: Romantic garden

Hundreds of white flowers are blooming inside the Mondial window display. There are also dress sculptures in white color that look so feminine and beautiful. Although this garden is really beautiful, it is not a good background to display jewelries collection.

Mondial: Golden eggs

Today is the 2nd day of April month and 6 days before Easter Day. Although this Christian-celebrated day is not a big issue in Indonesia, there are some boutiques displaying Easter theme on their window displays. Mondial, for example, turns its window display into a woods where there are wild white flowers and some golden eggs. What such animal having eggs colored like this ?

Mondial: Mail Box

Valentine is over but Mondial window display is still decorated with this love celebration theme. There are colorful mail boxes installed inside the window display space. You can find letters as usual but also some jewelries collections for your beloved girlfriend or faithful wife.

Mondial: Chinoiserie

Anticipating the Chinese New Year celebration, each Mondial window display is decorated with a red Chinese screen in the floral motif. Very simple but elegant.

To decorate a clear glass window is a clever way when your display is soo minimal and monotone in concept. Watch these two jewelry boutiques, Mondial and Bulgari, whose windows are decorated with inspiration comes from Baroque art, Orientalism, Indian, and Russian folklore.
