I never see the mannequins in Forever 21 window display that look as chic as those eponymous French labels' mannequins. But it happened last week when I looked at the latest update of this high street label's store at Grand Indonesia. Chic mini dresses in Spring/Summer 2012 bright colors, beautiful accessories, and fabulous poses.
