To expose its children collection, Fred Perry window display has two balloons that are releasing their gases. This cartoon like concept look playful and might interest the children who pass by the area. Unfortunately, they do not.

Fred Perry: Tribute to Amy Winehouse

In 2011, music industry lost one of its greatest and talented singers, Amy Winehouse. Fashion industry already paid some tributes to this R&B-soul-jazz singer with her 50s Americana trade mark look of beehive hairdo and Cleopatra-look-like make up was actually so talented and has a distinct quality of voice compare to other singers.For example this Spring/Summer 2012 Gaultier Collection at Paris and now the Fred Perry's turn. To support the Amy Winehouse Foundation, Fred Perry already launced Amy Winehouse for Fred Perry collection with its 50s style cardigans, shirts, skirts, or dresses for women. This special collection is now occupying the Fred Perry window display at Plaza Indonesia. With the retro style comic of Amy Winehouse images as weel as other love stories, the display looks so vibrant and artistic.

Fred Perry: Black postcard

Looking at the Fred Perry window display is like receiving a black colored postcard with a drawing of a man with his trunks standing in the dessert. There are a registered stamp and three images of the map of the world that may look like three stamps. Examine the image closely then you can find that the trunks are not in plain color, the man is wearing a neat and classic preppy style clothings, and the dessert is not the real sea of sands but dried leaves.

Fred Perry: Dark

Don't understand why every Fred Perry store has a dark color in background and low lighting. This also happens with the window display that actually featuring unique and playful decorations.
