Miuccia Prada is perhaps the most influential designer in the world of fashion. Her designs and creations are the key trend of the season. Designers will look at her and follow her style in the next seasons. Besides her family's heritage brand, Prada, she also created Miu Miu. This younger brand was, at first, the more affordable aspect of the brand, but now it has the same price level with its older sister. Singapore is a small heaven for luxury shopper. You can find almost all the big fashion houses exist in this universe. Here are the photos of the most interesting accessories and jewelries that are not available in Jakarta or in your city. From the uber luxurious Serpenti diamond watch from Bulgari, Hermes all leather bags, until the playful Marc by Marc Jacobs bag, these stuffs will spoil your eyes and make your mouth waters. Enjoy !

Undefined installations

 Ermenegildo Zegna - ION Orchard

Both Ermenegildo Zegna and Bulgari window displays are decorated with installations that until now I still don't understand or catch the meaning. At Zegna, there is a halo-like formation of wooden sticks in white color behind the mannequins. While, Bulgari placed two circular installations in each window. This circular thing might look like a lamp or perhaps a fan.

Richard Mille: Architectural

I understand no thing about architectural aspects and concepts. However, one thing I said when saw the Richard Mille boutique at ION Orchard, Singapore, was this boutique is an architectural masterpiece.Look at the 'pleated' columns and the extraordinary form of the external walls.

Dior Homme: Black and white

Dior Homme boutique has a very ultra minimalist concept like the brand's aesthetic characters for the whole collection and advertisements images. Black color fulls the exterior with metallic silver and white to frame the boutique and the color for the Dior logo. Inside, white take turns to dominate the atmosphere but black color still existed in some parts. There are no window displays exist but surely people will still turn their head when pass by. One thing in my mind when first saw this boutique was a sharp cut tuxedo, sleek and formal.

Vivienne Tam: Outer space

Vivienne Tam is one of the Asian designers who succeeded to become famous in the world's fashion capital. This regular member of the New York Fashion Week has elegance, feminine, with touch of Asian culture in her designs. However, looking at her boutique at ION Orchard, Singapore, we will see the opposite of that characters. The boutique exterior and window display look like an outer space ship. The mannequins are standing in a glass table that is hold by three giant silver balls.

Window displays are like editorial spreads of fashion magazines. Mannequins are standing, sitting, lounging with different style of poses. The make up, the styling of the outfits, and accessories complete their mood and expression. Plus the set and the properties that are also various and somewhat thematic.

Versus: Geometric patterns

Versus window display and its exterior appearance reflect the core character of the brands, loud colors and motifs. The color purple dominates the view while the confusing triangle motifs block the circular patterns behind. To add the confusion, the mannequins are wearing a dresses with geometric pattern wars inside.

ck Calvin Klein: Under the tree

All the mannequins inside ck Calvin Klein window display are relaxing their bodies after long time of pose and pose. They are resting under the trees that cover them from the heat of the sun. Since it is the minimalist brand, the trees have no leaves and actual detail.

Max&Co.: Fishing

There are a big fishing net, 'dried fishes', and some geometric objects that might become the tools of fisherman. These properties were found not in a fishing equipment shop or a seafood restaurant, but in the Max&Co. window display at ION Orchard, Singapore. This unexpected theme is an out-of-the-box interpretation of the major theme for the Spring/Summer 2012 that is underwater world.

Rabeanco and ck Calvin Klein: Flying Accessories

If your boutique or store only sells accessories, why don't you display them without any properties? Look at this Rabeanco and ck Calvin Klein window displays where they have similar concept that is flying accessories. At Rabeanco, there are a pair of armless hands 'hold' three colorful bags that are hung on a rope. The bags are arranged in the middle so that observer still focus on the bag only instead on the hands which also has certain distances. While at ck Calvin Klein, the accessories are hung on a very think strings so that they all look like flying on the air.

River Island: Accessories display

TopShop may become the most famous high street or fast fashion label from England, but actually there is an older label that has the similar concept. This label is River Island that was founded on 1948. It has a store in Singapore that is at ION Orchard. The window display is nice and lively arranged especially the accessories arrangement. Sadly, there are almost no visitor insight when I visited this store.
